Student Services

Counselling Services – The students may develop stress and personal difficulties that could get in the way of studies, so therefore if the students feel they would like an independent third party arrangements have been made with Ceridian – a leading provider to managed human resource solutions, to provide students with such support. This service is available 24 hours everyday and is free for all students studying with Kaplan Open Learning.

Library Services – The students have access to learning materials via both University of Essex and Kaplan Higher Education. The library services offered are to allow the students to access additional resources such as on-line journals, databases and e-books. Students will be advised by module tutors as and when these resources are required for studies.

Writing Centre- Kaplan Open Learning offers free paper reviewing for final essay papers. The Kaplan University Professors will review the students’ essays usually within 48 hours. This service provides suggestions for writing improvements, especially in terms of grammar, mechanics and organisation. Students may submit one essay per project, per term for review.
