Terms and Conditions

18. Variation
No variation to these terms and conditions will be valid unless agreed in writing by KOL, provided always that KOL reserves the right to make any addition, amendment or alteration to these terms and conditions upon giving one module´s written notice of such change to all affected students.

KOL may also by written notice vary terms and conditions of enrolment with immediate effect as may be necessary to comply with any law or funding regulations.
