As a single parent it is difficult to balance work and life commitments. When I lost my job last year I realised although I have 25years work experience that I was competing with people who had stronger qualifications than me. I wanted recognition for my knowledge and experience and something that would help develop my weaker areas in business.

I needed a course that fitted around my parental situation, was flexible and most importantly was affordable. I found Kaplan online and this seemed a perfect fit. From the initial approach I found them professional and friendly and they even advised me that a grant may be available given my situation.

My first 2 modules are just about complete and I find the format and support to be first class and everyone I have engaged with seem to love what they do. Receiving excellent service is very rare these days and I would recommend them to anyone seeking personal development and all the support they could wish for.
