Several things really but the main one was being treated very badly in court by the CSA and not being allowed to defend or speak for myself. I was very ignorant of my rights and court procedures. Something I intend to remedy.

Many things I could say but I'll keep it brief. I have great respect for my tutors and realise they have much to give if I let them. The courses are very well structured and progress at just the right rate. The text book we have had so far is an excellent read and makes a difficult subject very clear and easy to grasp. My only problem is I occasionally have problems downloading the web-ex seminars. This may be due to a problem at my end and I am looking into it. I love doing the essays and discussions and for me the tutor feedback is absolutely essential to the course whether its a pat on the head or a constructive criticism, we need to know.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kaplan and have already passed on your details to several people. My present intention is to go into law as a solicitor if possible unless something even more interesting and rewarding presents itself.
