21. Student Declaration
In signing the application form a student declares that the information supplied on the form is complete and correct and that the giving of false or incomplete information may lead to the refusal of application or cancellation of enrolment.

Students give permission for KOL to obtain official records from any educational institution attended by them and authorise KOL to supply any relevant official records to The University of Essex and to government bodies.
