Scholarship Terms and Conditions

1. The scholarship acts as a rebate against course fees. The scholarship will be forfeited if the scholar has not enrolled on the course by the end of December 2007.
2. No cash alternative is available. The scholarship cannot be transferred to any other individual or course.
3. The scholarship is only available in connection with a Foundation Degree course with Kaplan Open Learning in: Business and Management; Entrepreneurship; Marketing and Sales Management or Internet Marketing.
4. Kaplan Open Learning has the right to withdraw scholarship awards if course participation or academic progress are deemed to be unsatisfactory by the Dean of Kaplan Open Learning in his sole discretion.
5. Scholars will be subject to Kaplan Open Learning´s general Terms and Conditions. In particular, a scholarship award will be deducted against the course fee of £2,400.
6. The scholar must be willing to share their story as reasonably directed by Kaplan Open Learning to support public relations and marketing activities. Where feasible, copy will be supplied for review and approval before publication.
