17. Liability
Liability of KOL for losses arising from its negligence or otherwise in respect of any circumstances (except in the case of liability for death or personal injury, breach of contract or otherwise) will be limited to the full amounts paid by the relevant student or their employer. Except in the case of liability for death or personal injury, KOL will have no liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
