Lecturer - Online Foundation Degree in Business Studies

Central Leeds

We are looking for a lecturer to teach and develop instructional materials and contribute to the academic administration of modules on the online Foundation Degree in Business Studies.

The successful candidate will meet the following key job requirements:

Good honours degree or equivalent
Experience of Higher Education teaching
Ability to provide academic leadership and develop innovative learning materials for specialist subject areas
Ability to teach, communicate and support students online and by phone
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to work outside of normal office hours
A real enthusiasm for online teaching and learning
A higher degree in a relevant subject, online teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification are regarded as desirable but not essential.

Other key information for prospective candidates:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
We will consider applicants that wish to work part time
At least 50% of your time will be office based in central Leeds
