Introduction

Explores the role of strategy and policy in the success of business organisations as well as examining the theories, concepts and practices in strategic management. This module gives you the skills to apply strategy and policy development in a business along with understanding the impact of strategy on the organisations culture.

This module aims to:

1. To develop in students a firm comprehension of the role of strategy and policy in the success of business organisations
2. To equip students to critically evaluate and review existing theories, concepts and practices in strategic management
