Introduction
This module will focus on the developing role of multi-agency partnerships. It will identify and consider the implications of key pieces of legislation and the importance of Home Office guidance.
Module Description
This module aims to:
- Explore the reasons for the introduction of ‘partnership’ legislation
- Develop students’ awareness of this legislation
- Raise awareness of those key issues which impact on partnerships
- Create opportunities to explore these issues
- Identify and critically evaluate the future direction of partnerships within the criminal justice process
