This module aims to:
- Explore the reasons for the introduction of ‘partnership’ legislation
- Develop students’ awareness of this legislation
- Raise awareness of those key issues which impact on partnerships
- Create opportunities to explore these issues
- Identify and critically evaluate the future direction of partnerships within the criminal
justice process

- Develop an awareness of the approaches being adopted to implement this legislation
- Outline the vision for the future of partnership activity within criminal justice
