Introduction

This module will focus on the developing role of multi-agency partnerships. It will identify and consider the implications of key pieces of legislation and the importance of Home Office guidance.

Module Description

This module aims to:

  1. Explore the reasons for the introduction of ‘partnership’ legislation
  2. Develop students’ awareness of this legislation
  3. Raise awareness of those key issues which impact on partnerships
  4. Create opportunities to explore these issues
  5. Identify and critically evaluate the future direction of partnerships within the criminal justice process
