Introduction
Prepare a budget based around limiting factors of production volumes and sales demand; prepare cash flow forecasts from a budget; apply understanding of spreadsheets to calculate and present data; calculate the impact of changing assumptions using what-if analysis; critically analyse actual data and compare forecasts to produce a variance analysis; and evaluate and interpret variances.
Module Description
This module aims to:
- Introduces models, techniques and skills that will help the entrepreneur manage and control a growing business; and
- Evaluate the information needs of investors and lenders.
