Terms and Conditions

14. Course Completion
Students must complete the full course within five years of enrolment. If a student fails so to complete, then their study will be terminated without liability on our part.

If a student who has paid in full fails to complete the course in accordance with the schedule without having notified any deferrals within 14 days before commencement of the relevant modules, then any funds received but not utilised in accordance with these terms and conditions will be forfeited to KOL. Similarly, any funds received but not yet utilised with respect to any students who fail to complete the course within the five year period described above will be forfeited to KOL.
